Home-grown stories from Southeast Alabama authors

Warren Whitmire

Warren Whitmire is a retired intelligence analyst with experience in some of the world's deadliest places. He now writes thrillers and short stories, some of which center on Christian themes and some of which are purely secular.

The first novel in the Hank McCaskill thriller trilogy, "Only the Dead," is a slow-burn mystery punctuated with heart-pounding action. The second novel in the trilogy, "Flames and Mirrors," is a white-knuckle thriller about a man who's been pushed too far. Learn about both books and the upcoming trilogy finale at Warren's author website, linked to the right.
